Former Teacher Pleads Guilty To Child Porn Charges
A Somerset County man and former music teacher admitted today in court to having numerous child porn images on his computer: state attorney

Raritan, NJ -- A former music teacher and Raritan man admitted to having child porn on his computer today, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced.
Cliff Ramsay, 30, of Raritan, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Freda L. Wolfson in Trenton federal court to an information charging him with one count of possession of child pornography.
Ramsay could face a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Sentencing is scheduled for July 6.

Ramsay was formerly a middle school music teacher in Hunterdon County who also gave music lessons to minors at his home, accessed a website known to contain images.
On Feb. 25 and 27, 2015, Ramsay, who was at the time was still a teacher, visited a website known to contain images, videos, and other material containing images of child sexual abuse, according to documents filed in this case and statements made in court.

On July 28, 2015 police executed a search warrant of his Raritan home where "numerous files containing child pornography were found on his computer."
