Garage Fire Damages Bound Brook Home
Bound Brook Police used a garden hose on the fire before volunteer firefighters arrived and extinguished the blaze.
BOUND BROOK, NJ — A garage ignited into flames on Friday morning damaging a Bound Brook home.
On Feb. 17 shortly before 7 a.m., Bound Brook Police and Fire Department were called to the 500 block of Marion Street for a reported fire to an attached garage.
Emergency responders found flames coming from the garage area when they arrived.

Police hit the fire with a garden hose before firefighters stretched a hose and went into the garage, according to Bound Brook Fire Department.
The fire was held to the garage and attic space. The fire is under investigation by the Bound Brook Fire Officials Office, according to the fire department.

Red Cross also came out to help one person with emergency assistance for temporary lodging, food, clothing, and other immediate needs.
