Graffiti Found On Branchburg Business, Police Seek Information

Authorities are asking the public for information after graffiti was sprayed on a Branchburg business on Monday.

BRANCHBURG, NJ — Authorities are asking the public for information after graffiti was sprayed on a Branchburg business on Monday.

At around 2:20 p.m. graffiti, which consisted of five undecipherable "bubble" type letters and the number "13", was reported on a businesses on Route 202 in Branchburg, Somerset County Prosecutor Michael H. Robertson said.

Branchburg Police took photos of the graffiti and sent it to experts in the graffiti field. The graffiti was determined not to be gang affiliated, Robertson said.

The matter is still under investigation.

Anyone with information relating to this incident is asked to contact the Branchburg Police Department at 908-526-3830 or via the STOPit app. The STOPit app allows citizens to provide anonymous reports including videos and photos.
