Jersey City Man Crashes Into Tree, Dies In Bridgewater
Davis M. Gwaro, 35, of Jersey City was identified as the victim in the crash on the Interstate 287 north ramp to Interstate 78 east.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A Jersey City man was killed in a crash in Bridgewater early Tuesday morning.
At around 1:05 a.m. on Tuesday, Davis M. Gwaro, 35, of Jersey City, was driving a Honda Civic on Interstate 287 north ramp to Interstate 78 east in Bridgewater, said New Jersey State Trooper Charles Marchan.
Gwaro hit a left metal guardrail on the exit ramp then hit the right guardrail and subsequently hit a metal fence and tree, said Marchan.

As a result of the crash, Gwaro suffered fatal injuries. The crash remains under investigation and there is no additional information available at the moment.
