'Jerseylicious': Multiple Fights Become Fan Favorite Moments

"Jerseylicious" counts down top 10 fan favorite moments.

“Jerseylicious” officially concluded its season Sunday with a recap of the top 10 fan favorite moments in the Style network show’s three-season history—and, not surprisingly, much of those moments involved massive blowouts.

Two of what seem to be considered the biggest fights in the show’s history were listed at numbers three and one, with the infamous boot-kicking fight and “The Sonic Boom,” respectively.

In the first, makeup artist, and former Towaco resident, Olivia Blois Sharpe began to fight with hair stylist Tracey DiMarco in the middle of a New Jersey club on her anniversary with her boyfriend. The fight escalated, the men got involved and Sharpe kicked DiMarco in the head with her boot.

We can probably call that moment the “boot kick heard ‘round the world.”

And the number one moment was the fight over [what else?] men, between Sharpe and DiMarco at the Sonic on Route 22 in Green Brook. The confrontation included slapping, hitting, pushing, broken sunglasses—all the best of a catfight.

But the special included contributions from fans of the show, who submitted comments about their favorite moments and videos of re-creations of these epic times.

And none struck quite as much as the viral video of two young girls acting out that Sonic fight—it’s hard not to be slightly disturbed by a video, repeated many times through the special, of young girls decked out in short skirts and teased hair, slapping and pushing each other, while yelling about boy troubles.

Perhaps we have taken this love a little too far?

Other feuds made the top 10 list, including the moment that Glam Fairy owner Alexa Prisco announced to Gatsby Salon owner, and Bridgewater resident, Gayle Giacomo, that she was breaking their partnership.

Apparently what resonated most with viewers in that moment, according to comments on the show, was Giacomo’s response to Prisco: “I think you’re a little psychotic.”

A little telling, no?

Giacomo’s daughter, and also a Bridgewater resident, manager Christy Pereira was featured in two favorite moments, the first of which being her decision to take part in a photo shoot with Prisco when she was still pregnant with her first child. After Prisco had gone through a plethora of bad ideas for the shoot—sex trafficking? scantily clad size 2 models?—Pereira broke down, saying none of these ideas were her.

That’s a good thing.

Anyway, Pereira opted to do a shoot with just her in the photos, half naked and natural—several fans said they wouldn’t have been gutsy enough to do that while pregnant.

And the number four moment was titled, by the show, “A Guinness World Wrecker,” when the Gatsby attempted to break a world record for most haircuts in an eight-hour period.

The mood of the record-breaking was broken when Prisco showed up, arguments ensued, Pereira began to shout—and the representatives from the "Guinness Book of World Records" looked on with uncomfortable expressions on their faces.

But the countdown was not without its moments of heartbreak and love, including hair stylist Gigi Liscio and Frank Buglione’s two-year anniversary celebration, their later break-up and a lesson in clothing for salon owner Anthony Lombardi.

The hour also included trivia about the castmates—did you know Giacomo is related by marriage to Frank Sinatra? And Sharpe’s secret talent is playing the drums?

Anyway, that concluded the drawn out season three of the show, fights, heartbreak, friendship, broken business deals and all.

Season four of the show is expected to begin in February.
