Holt said the man is known to show up juggling around town and was just at the Somerville Circle to entertain drivers.
The man was asked to leave since he was serving as a distraction to drivers and the police didn't want any crashes, said Holt.
No summonses were issued.
"Shockingly, there were no accidents as a result of the act, not that we need any more excuses for the hundreds of accidents on the circle yearly," said Raritan Borough Police Department.
