New Mediterranean Restaurant Opens Thursday In Bridgewater
Breaking: CAVA will offer free meals to the community from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday at its Bridgewater Commons location.
BRIDGEWATER, NJ — CAVA, a Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant, opens Thursday at 620 Commons Way in Bridgewater Commons. Bridgewater will be the third restaurant in New Jersey, adding to its existing locations in Jersey City and Paramus.
On opening day, CAVA is offering a community lunch — a tradition that started with the very first restaurant opening back in 2011 and is rooted in the heritage of its three founders.
“Sharing a meal was part of our culture and how we welcomed our new neighbors growing up,” said Co-Founder Ted Xenohristos.
