The opening of Somerset County's first COVID-19 vaccination mega-site on Wednesday, Dec. 15 coincides with New Jersey's "Boost NJ Day".

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A new COVID-19 vaccination mega-site will be opening in Somerset County on Wednesday, Dec. 15.
It will be open at the Bridgewater Commons mall at the former Lord & Taylor store at 400 Commons Way in Bridgewater, said New Jersey Health Commissioner Judith Persichilli during a news conference on Monday.
"We are very happy the state chose Somerset County for its latest COVID vaccination megasite at the Bridgewater Commons, and urge our unvaccinated residents to stop by to get their first dose and our fully vaccinated residents to come in to Give Your Holidays a Boost," said Commissioner Melonie Marano. "Whether you get vaccinated at a County clinic, at the state megasite, or one of the dozens of private providers in the County, the most important thing is to protect your friends and family this holiday season with one of the approved vaccines."
