Route 22 Reopened After Truck Overturns In Bridgewater: Video

An overturned pickup truck caused all lanes on Route 22 West to close in Bridgewater. It has since been reopened: Video.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — An overturned pickup truck caused all lanes on Route 22 West to close in Bridgewater on Monday afternoon. The highway has since reopened.

The crash occurred around 3:50 p.m. on Route 22 West at the intersection of Thompson Avenue. The overturned pickup truck had a trailer carrying a construction equipment on it.

Bridgewater Police closed all lanes causing traffic to be backed up past Mountain Avenue.
