Passport Services Now Available At Bridgewater Library

The passport services desk will be open at the Somerset County Library System of New Jersey's Bridgewater branch for walk-in services.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Passport services are now available at The Somerset County Library System of New Jersey's Bridgewater branch, located at 1 Vogt Dr.

SCLSNJ was designated as an official passport acceptance facility by the U.S. Department of State.

"I am happy to share that SCLSNJ has officially joined the federal Passport Acceptance Program,” said Christopher Korenowsky, SCLSNJ director of public services. “Several exciting things are happening as we prepare to launch this service for our customers. Our hope is that this new service will make it easier for our customers to plan their trips abroad. I am delighted to add this new initiative to the already stellar list of programs and services at SCLSNJ."

The passport services desk will be open at the Bridgewater Library branch for walk-in services:

  • Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.;
  • Thursdays from 4 to 8 p.m.;
  • Fridays from noon to 4 p.m.;
  • and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Additionally, passport acceptance agents will offer services from 6 to 8 p.m. at branches throughout the System on a rotating basis. For a detailed schedule visit: SCLSNJ.org/passports.
