Premier Development Served as Corporate Sponsor for 2017 Midland Golf Classic

Premier Development, a Raritan, N.J.-based homebuilder dedicated to supporting charitable efforts and assisting local organizations in areas where it’s actively involved, recently served as corporate sponsor of the 2017 Midland Classic to benefit The Midland School and Midland Adult Services.

Held at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, N.J. on September 25th, the event helps raise funds for the 501 (c) non-profit charity which promotes personal achievement and fosters independence for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disability. Based in Branchburg, N.J., the organization services students from public schools in northern and central New Jersey.

Attending the Midland Classic on behalf of Premier Development were Executive Vice Presidents Andy Nowack and Jason Verbel, Vice President Andy Tendler, and Portfolio Manager Mike Kaplan.

“We were extremely proud to be a part of this outstanding event and support the amazing work the Midland School does assisting individuals achieve their goals from youth to adulthood,” Mr. Nowack said. “We recognize the importance of community participation and involvement with local charities to raise needed funds. We look forward to continuing to work with The Midland School and Midland Adult Services to help its students.”

Supporting charitable events is just one of the many ways Premier Development has given back to the community. The developer hosts an annual Thanksgiving food drive to benefit the Food Bank Network of Somerset County, and has donated to the Central Jersey Housing Resource Center (CJHRC), which provides counseling, information and referral services to low-and moderate-income people seeking housing.

The housing provides moderate income apartments for those who work and live in Raritan, as well as handicap-equipped homes for the large concentration of Military veterans that reside in the Somerset County, N.J. Borough.
