Raritan Mall Renovation Plans: Anchor Store Sought
A store to anchor the Raritan Mall complex is being sought in hopes of kick-starting a much needed renovation at the property.

RARITAN, NJ — A store to anchor the Raritan Mall complex is being sought in hopes of kick-starting a much needed renovation at the property after Stop & Shop left two years ago.
The property off Route 206 South and Orlando Drive in Raritan has been in poor shape even before the grocery store chain left in November 2017 along with several other businesses.
Now there is a potential revitalization plan in the works. Jeffrey Realty is looking for a new anchor store to come onto the property which would then pave the way for renovations.
