Somerset County Halloween Forecast Not Scary At All
Wednesday's forecast is looking good as of now.

SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — If you have children getting ready for a big night of trick-or-treating this Wednesday, you'll be happy to know the local forecast for Halloween in Somerset County is not scary at all.
Forecasters are calling for a mostly sunny day on Wednesday, Oct. 31. Daytime highs should be in the mid-60s. At night, expect mostly cloudy skies with a low temperature in the low-50s. Rain is not likely, the National Weather Service predicts as of Tuesday.
Some rain will move in after the holiday, though. On Thursday, expect showers after 2 p.m. Rain is also likely Friday. A chance of showers remains Saturday.

Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 38. Calm wind.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 65. Calm wind becoming south 5 to 9 mph in the morning.
Wednesday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 52. Southwest wind around 6 mph.
Thursday: A chance of rain, mainly after 2 p.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 69. Southwest wind 3 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
Thursday Night: Rain, mainly after 8 p.m. Low around 57. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
Friday: Rain before 8 a.m., then showers, mainly after 8 a.m. High near 67. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent.
Friday Night: Showers likely, mainly before 2 a.m. Cloudy, with a low around 49. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent.
Saturday: A chance of showers before 2 p.m. Partly sunny, with a high near 58. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent.
