BRIDGEWATER, NJ — Uncle Julio's is now hiring for its first New Jersey location at the Bridgewater Commons.
The Mexican restaurant at 400 Commons Way in Bridgewater will open on Feb. 25 and is looking to fill multiple positions. The restaurant is taking the place of McCormick & Schmick's that closed in January 2019.

Uncle Julio's will serve made-from-scratch Mexican cuisine using fresh ingredients. There is also an interactive menu that includes watching guacamole made table-side, looking into the open kitchen to see dishes being prepared, or cracking open a Chocolate Piñata.
The restaurant will be a mix of Old World Mexican and modern industrial décor with finishes including barn wood, stone, oak and exposed brick. To-go will also be offered.
