• SPQR brings Pumpin' the Chihuahua to Somers Point (shorelocalnews.com) — Brigantine's Chikita Wallace joins the cast of “Pumpin' the Chihuahua,” a dark comedy coming to Somers Point's studio;space Nov. 14–15 and 21–22. The play follows two friends navigating Hollywood dreams and an outlandish rescue scheme. Tickets cost $20, with afternoon performances each day and evening shows on both Saturdays.
   

• Seal season in South Jersey: Help keep seals safe (shorelocalnews.com) — Seals are returning to New Jersey's beaches, and Brigantine's Marine Mammal Stranding Center is reminding visitors to give them space. Stay at least 150 feet away and keep dogs leashed. A resting seal may simply be napping, but anyone spotting an injured or distressed animal should call the center's 24-hour hotline at 609-266-0538.
