• U.S. News names new No. 1 on 'Best Colleges' rankings (njbiz.com) — Caldwell residents can take pride that Caldwell University is ranked No. 81 among Regional Universities North and No. 11 nationally for social mobility in U.S. News' 2027 Best Colleges list. The rankings, revamped to emphasize graduate earnings and outcomes, also reshuffled standings for major New Jersey schools like Princeton, Rutgers, and Montclair State.
• Staples field hockey tangles with nationally-ranked juggernauts (westportjournal.com) — A nationally ranked West Essex field hockey squad from Caldwell, N.J., powered past Staples 5–1 during a showcase weekend in Pennsylvania. The matchup, part of high-level national competition, highlighted West Essex's strength against top programs and sets the tone for the rest of their season against New Jersey and regional opponents.
