The rankings, revamped to emphasize graduate earnings and outcomes, also reshuffled standings for major New Jersey schools like Princeton, Rutgers, and Montclair State.
   

• Staples field hockey tangles with nationally-ranked juggernauts (westportjournal.com) — A nationally ranked West Essex field hockey squad from Caldwell, N.J., powered past Staples 5–1 during a showcase weekend in Pennsylvania. The matchup, part of high-level national competition, highlighted West Essex's strength against top programs and sets the tone for the rest of their season against New Jersey and regional opponents.
