Calvary Church is pleased to announce our 2011 Summer Vacation Bible School.  This program is for children who have just completed Kindergarten, or will be entering Kindergarten in the fall, through those having just completed 6th Grade.   Our VBS will run from Monday, July 11th, through Friday, July 15th, during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.  The curriculum this year has a "concert" theme and features the singing group, "Go Fish".  The group's music is very appealing to kids, and they promise "it won't drive parents bonkers".

When children arrive in the morning, they will start the day with a lively time of music as the "concert" begins.   Next, they will rotate in smaller age-appropriate groups through a succession of lessons, crafts, games, and a snack time.  At the end of the morning, kids will return to the concert area for an "encore", which will include more music, as well as some humorous skits put on by the teenagers of the church.  After the conclusion of the program on Friday, parents are invited to join the children for a luncheon at the church.   In addition, there will be a Bible Study for moms each morning during VBS, if you should choose to stay and wait for your child (nursery care also provided).
