Request for Proposals for Webmaster/Digital Communication Services The Borough of Caldwell is seeking a comprehensive digital design partner to help increase and elevate the communication between the Borough and its residents and businesses. The company’s main purpose will be to implement and maintain: Social media channelsE-Newsletter developmentWebsite updates and enhancementsCreative design and copy writing to support above initiatives We will also look to this partner to recommend and have the ability to provide the Borough of Caldwell with custom innovative digital solutions that help deliver our content in more impactful, user-friendly experiences.
