A Home Stager is trained to view a home through the eyes of the buyer, properly presenting a home to appeal to a wider range of potential buyers with the goal of a quick and successful sale. A Stager will modify the décor and design in a home to enhance the visual appeal, allowing each room to be showcased to its full potential. 

We explain to our Clients that decorating for living and staging for sale are two completely different things. Clients should never feel offended if we are modifying the décor and design in their home … it’s not personal. In fact, the goal is depersonalizing and neutralizing, so potential homebuyers can picture themselves in the home.

Staging may require a combination of the following tasks: painting, modifying furniture layout, adding or removing furniture, incorporating art and accessories, de-cluttering, and depersonalizing.

While home staging may seem like an unnecessary expense, there isn't a single house that couldn't benefit from a bit of carefully manipulated staging. Suggestions and modifications from professionals amount less time on the market and significant increases in the bottom line profit when selling a home.
