Pancakes, Anyone?
When more than 800 people filed through the doors of the last weekend, it was food, not fire safety, that was on their minds. On June 5, the company held its annual Pancake Breakfast. Guests, served by volunteers from the , Caldwell, Ashvin Nagarajan, Louie Lombardi, Brian Wlodawski, Ken Axe and Jordan Whiting, dined on pancakes to raise money for the firehouse. Funds raised from the event will go toward the purchase of safety equipment.
The much-anticipated event is always a successful fundraiser for the department, and by 9:30 a.m., the line to enter the breakfast was out the door. But, guests were not deterred or disappointed!
