Candidates Running For Spots On 3 School Boards In The Caldwells

THE CALDWELLS, NJ — It's an important job, and an unpaid job. Spots are open on three different school boards serving the towns that make up the Caldwells.

Elections will be held for the open seats on Nov. 8.

The boards are:

• West Essex Regional School District Board of Education (Serving North Caldwell, Fairfield, Roseland, and Essex Fells)
• North Caldwell Board of Education
• Caldwell-West Caldwell Board of Education

According to the Essex County Clerk's office, these candidates filed by the Monday deadline to run for spots in various districts:

North Caldwell

Eric Finkelstein (incumbent) — North Caldwell

Caldwell-West Caldwell

Dan Cipoletti — West Caldwell (incumbent, president)

Terri DiMartini — West Caldwell (Slogan: Experience. Commitment. Impact.)

Paula Getty — West Caldwell (incumbent)

Danielle Gerard Mack — West Caldwell (Slogan: Experience. Commitment. Impact.)

John J. King — West Caldwell

West Essex Regional

Jonathan Schaer (incumbent) —Fairfield

Brian Trauman — North Caldwell

Debbie Holinstat — North Caldwell

Anthony Prinzo — North Caldwell

Deborah Sacco-Calderone (incumbent) — Roseland

The board will vote on budget items and personnel related to the district public schools and related programs.
