Day 2 of Indigo Yoga's 21 Day Challenge to a Happier and Healthier You

We hope your first day of the challenge went well! Let's move on to Day 2 on your journey to a healthier and happier you! Today's mission: Try Something New. 

Routine. Mundane. Comfortable. This is what people tend to fall victim to… finding a normal routine and repeating the things they are comfortable with. Indigo Yoga challenges you to try something new. Keep an open mind and do something different and out of your ordinary routine. Do you have a bucket list? When are you planning on starting to check off some of the things on that list? Let’s start living life today! 

Make a list of 3 things you’ve never done/tried before and do or plan to do one of those things today. Try a new food, go on (or plan out) an adventure, etc! Broaden your horizons, experience something new and different and grow from each experience.

Maybe after watching this video you'll want to try something new for 30 days! "What are you waiting for? I guarantee the next 30 days are going to pass whether you like it or not. So why not think about something you have always wanted to try and give it a shot?"

Need motivation? Watch these people doing awesome things.  

Don’t forget – keep track of your eating habits, sleeping patterns, hydration, and activity level today and every day throughout the challenge. Eat lots of vegetables, get rid of added sugar, limit gluten and dairy intake and drink plenty of water! Keep a journal and take 5-10 minutes this morning to set an intention and meditate to kick start your day. Wind down with 5-10 minutes at the end of your day by reflecting on the day and record your feelings and results.
