Day 7 of the Indigo Yoga 21 Day Challenge to a Happier and Healthier You

You're almost done with your first week of the 21 day's to a happier and healthier you! 

To conclude week one, let's make this one plain and simple: 
Task of the day: Pay it forward. 

Go out of your way to do as many (anonymous) good deeds as possible!

Today we want you to consider this quote: "You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those who can do nothing for him." Don't just do a good deed to be able to brag about how nice you were... don't just do a good deed because it is going to move you up the ranks with the cool kids or your boss. Do good deeds to help make the world better, and we promise one day good things will come back to you too. 

Research shows that doing good deeds improves your health and well being, relieves stress, and may even help you live a longer life

Don't forget - keep track of your eating habits, sleeping patterns, hydration, and activity level today. Eat lots of vegetables, get rid of added sugar, limit gluten and dairy intake and drink plenty of water! Keep a journal and take 5-10 minutes this morning to set an intention and meditate to kick start your day. Wind down with 5-10 minutes at the end of your day by reflecting on the day and record your feelings and results.
