Free Coffee Thursday Morning at 7-Eleven

Americans' love of coffee will be celebrated Thursday at convenience stores nationwide, which are offering a free medium-size cup of hot coffee to customers between 7 and 11 a.m.

The event is 7-Eleven's version of National Coffee Day, CofFREE Day.

According to a release from the retailer, more than 65% of Americans drink coffee during the week, an average of nearly two cups per day.

“7-Eleven was the first retailer to offer fresh-brewed coffee in to-go cups, introducing it in their Northeast stores in 1964,” the release states.

Coffee not your thing, stop in and ask for a cappuccino or latte.
