Mr. Adamo is proud to join and lead the team as Principal of Washington Elementary School. Before coming to Caldwell-West Caldwell, he worked in the Montclair Public School District as an elementary assistant principal and as an elementary special education teacher for 13 years. He loves interacting with students and supporting them as they grow and progress academically and socially.
Mr. Adamo is married with two daughters. In his free time, he loves being with family and friends, coaching his daughters’ softball and soccer teams, reading, watching baseball and football, exercising, and traveling to the Jersey shore beaches.
Mr. Misbahuddin is excited to join Caldwell-West Caldwell Schools as the Director of Secondary Education. He started his career as a math teacher at Edison High School, where he also coached basketball, advised the community service club, and led training on instructional technology. He was the 6-12 Math Supervisor for Leonia Schools and the STEM Supervisor at Columbia High School (CHS) for the South Orange and Maplewood School District. At CHS, he developed several new courses and pathways to college credit.
Outside of school, Mr. Misbahuddin is an adjunct professor for Montclair State University and Saint Peter's University. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and traveling.
Sincerely,
Christopher Conklin, Ed.D.
