Popular Yoga Classes Scheduled in May at GCMS

The Caldwell West Caldwell Education Foundation (CWCEF) will once again be sponsoring Yoga classes at Grover Cleveland Middle School (GCMS) on Tuesday nights on May 8, 15, and 29. The hour long class will begin at 7:30 but participants should plan on arriving early.

The instructor will tailor each week's class to the group needs and requests. Participants should expect the session to be invigorating as well as relaxing.

This Adult only class is offered at $15 per class or $30 for all 3 classes. All proceeds will benefit the Education Foundation, a non-profit 501 C(3) Corporation. The mission of the CWCEF is to fund programs and equipment benefitting all children in the Caldwell West Caldwell school district that might not necessarily be available within the district's budget.

Participants can pay at the door by cash or by check. Checks should be made out to the CWCEF. Please bring your own yoga mats, blocks, straps and blankets. the Instructor will have a limited amount of blocks and straps only.
