Qi Healing Introductory Workshop at Roseland Free Public Library, 6/11

Saturday, June 11, 10 am - 1 pm, led by Dr. Janet M. Oussaty and Joe Zakszewski, authorized teachers of the Qi Healer Intensive Course!

Qi Healing, more formally known as Clinical or Medical Qi Gong, is based upon the traditions and teachings of Classical Chinese Medicine. Acute and chronic conditions result from energy or qi (pronounced ‘chee’) that is out of balance. Qi Healing methods can cultivate, build, move, cleanse and balance our qi, restoring health, well-being and vitality. While working with the root causes of these imbalances, deep healing can occur, even repairing the body’s DNA.

This experiential workshop will offer an overview of Classical Chinese medicine and focus on ways that we can help ourselves by using our body, mind, and breath to restore and maintain balance. Several methods, which can be utilized at home or work, will be introduced and practiced. No previous experience is necessary. Please bring a notebook and pen or tablet if you wish. There will be a break, and light snacks will be provided. Class is limited to 20-25 students.

Registration fee is $30. To sign up, please contact Lee Bergman to obtain a registration form, contact Lee at leebergman7@hotmail.com, or 973-477-8993.
