Summer Drop-In T'ai Chi Chih at Roseland Free Public Library

Classes run every Tuesday through July and August in the Community Room. The Library is located at 20 Roseland Avenue, Roseland.

No pre-registration required. Classes start on Tuesday, July 5, through Tuesday, August 30. Classes are from 9:45 to 10:45 am, and cost $10 each. Sign up for one class, some, or all! T'ai Chi Chih is a series of slow and gentle movements based on ancient Oriental wellness principles. It is not a martial art. T’ai Chi Chih circulates and balances the Chi-The Vital Force or Universal Energy. When practiced regularly, T'ai Chi Chih offers a variety of potential health benefits, such as:
increased energy and awareness,reduced stress and tension, better sense of balance, bone strength, toned muscles and joins, cleared mind and creativity release, improved ciruclation and flexibility, and renewed sense of health and wellness.
