Summer Drop-In T'ai Chi Chih at Roseland Free Public Library

Classes will take place in the Library's Community Room Tuesdays 9:45-10:45 am, starting July 5 through August 30.

No pre-registration required. Classes cost $10 each and are led by accredited T'ai Chi Chih instructor Lee Bergman. Sign up for one class, some, or all! For more information, contact Lee at 973-477-8993 or leebergman7@hotmail.com.

T'ai Chi Chih is a series of slow and gentle movements based on ancient Oriental wellness principles. It is not a martial art. T’ai Chi Chih circulates and balances the Chi-The Vital Force or Universal Energy. When practiced regularly, T'ai Chi Chih offers a variety of potential health benefits, such as:
increased energy and awareness,reduced stress and tension, better sense of balance, bone strength, toned muscles and joins, cleared mind and creativity release, improved circulation and flexibility, and renewed sense of health and wellness.
