NORTH CALDWELL, NJ — A local ordinance that would make changes to tree removal and destruction policies in North Caldwell is on the agenda for an upcoming borough council meeting.
A public hearing and second reading for O-19-2023 is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 19. The proposed ordinance was introduced on Nov. 28.
