West Caldwell Sees Another Water Main Break: 3 In 3 Days

WEST CALDWELL, NJ — West Caldwell saw another water main break on Wednesday, the town’s third in as many days, authorities said.

The West Caldwell Police Department issued the following advisory at 1:37 p.m.:

“A water main break on Westover Terr. will affect homes from Annin Rd. to Westover Ave. Service expected to return late tonight.”

Another water main break hit West Caldwell on Tuesday morning at Park Avenue and Sylvan Way. Authorities said that residents in the area may experience low water pressure and "discoloration."

On Monday, a large water main break near the West Caldwell Plaza caused havoc for local traffic on Bloomfield Avenue, officials said.
