The West Essex High School French Club Hosted an International Dessert Competition and the results were formidable!
Students made delectable desserts ranging from chocolate mousse, flan and even a buche de noel! (A French chocolate cake roll for Christmas.)
West Essex staff judged the competition and the winners received special prizes. The winners are:
First Place: Hannah Ploch for her buche de noel
Second Place: Ken Gonzalez for his torta de queso
Third Place: Emily Ben Nathan for her chocolate mousse
