West Essex Middle School Student Council Honors Staff at Barbecue
Annual event was moved inside due to the weather.
West Essex Middle School Student Council members honored teachers, administrators, secretaries and staff with a special barbecue.
The annual event is usually held outside, but due to inclement weather on May 9, was moved inside. Despite the weather, council members served a feast of burgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, salads, watermelon and desserts. It was a fun day for everyone.
It was Middle School Principal Vee Popat's first barbecue and he helped the kids serve and spoke with staff. It was a fun day for all.
