• Carteret & Woodbridge to Hold Sept. 11th Remembrances on 25th Anniversary (tapinto.net) — Carteret will hold a 9/11 remembrance ceremony at 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 11 at the borough's 9/11 Memorial in Carteret Park on Cypress Street and Carteret Avenue, honoring three local residents killed in the attacks. Woodbridge will also host a morning remembrance walk and service, as both towns mark the 25th anniversary alongside other New Jersey communities.
