Come learn about the legal issues and questions that all small business owners should be aware of. Our panel of experts will include Mary Sunderland, an Enrolled Agent with Sunderland of Sunderland Financial Management, who will tell us what we need to know about keeping records to avoid or be prepared for an IRS audit.
Susanne Somersalo, an attorney who specializes in licensing, patents and trademarks is also on the panel.
Jason Meisner, a small business attorney at Coughlin Duffy of Morristown, will talk to us about the most important steps we need to take to protect our businesses.
