Boys Soccer Moves On to MCT Finals

How did your favorite sports teams perform over the weekend?

On Friday the girls tennis team defeated Randolph 4-1 in Randolph.

On Saturday the over Homecoming Weekend in Chatham.

On Sunday the in shootouts after a scoreless 80-minute game and double overtime.

The following games are scheduled for Monday, depending on field condition and availability:

• Boys cross country competes in the NJAC Championship at 3:15 p.m. in Greystone County Park. Transport leaves at 1:20 p.m.
• Girls cross country competes in the NJAC Championship at 3:15 p.m. in Greystone County Park. Transport leaves at 1:20 p.m.
• Field hockey celebrates Senior Day in a 4 p.m. game against the Academy of St. Elizabeth at .
• Boys JV football competes against Newton at 4 p.m. in an away game. Transport leaves at 2:10 p.m.
• Girls soccer travels to Morristown for a 4 p.m. game. Transport leaves at 2:50 p.m.
• Girls JV soccer travels to Morristown for a 4 p.m. game. Transport leaves at 2:50 p.m.
• Tennis team travels to the Academy of St. Elizabeth for a 4 p.m. match. Transport leaves at 2:50 p.m.
• JV tennis travels to New Providence for a 4 p.m. game. Transport leaves at 2:50 p.m.
• JV field hockey team takes on the Academy of St. Elizabeth at 5:30 p.m. on Haas Field.

Guest speaker Jack Renkens will speak on "The Realities of College Athletic Recruiting" on Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. at the Chatham High auditorium.

Boys and girls bowling teams have a meeting on Thursday, Oct. 27 in room A104 during lunch for students. Parents can meet with Coach Swartz at 9:30 a.m. in the teacher's lounge at Chatham High. The booster club meets on Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. at the Chatham High media center.

Parents of boys and girls swim team members can meet with Coach Steele on Nov. 1 at 7:15 p.m. in the Chatham High cafeteria. All parents are asked to attend.
