Offensively, Matt Karrat and Ben Gorski set things in motion at the top of the
lineup getting on base and combining for 21 stolen bases so far this season.
They are followed by power hitters Ryan Lonergan (.765 batting avg.), Nick
Vivona (.611 batting avg.), Mikey Jesse (five doubles) and Zach Hoban (four doubles).

The pitching has been anchored by flame throwers Anand Kenney, Jesse, Lonerganand Vivona; change-up artist Drew Dinnhaupt and knuckleballer Matt Karrat. Brian Cook, Colin Pierce and Alex Briones have also pitched well for the team.

Defensively, catchers Cook and Pierce have played solid behind the plate. The
infield is solidified by sure handed Mark Niland at second base and good all around play from Vivona and Tim Fell at first base. Outfield play has been a strength for the team with Hoban, Fell and Dinnhaupt filling out the defense.

The highlight of the year was a walk-off double in extra innings by Briones to beat Middlesex in the Branchburg Tournament pool play.
