The Chatham U13 Travel Baseball Team had the experience of a lifetime last Sunday when they played at Newark Bears Stadium against local rival Berkeley Heights. Chatham came back from a 5-0 1st inning deficit to win a well played 11-10 ballgame. The 2013 team is anchored by pitchers Billy Gyves, Matt Stamford, and Matt Karpowic. Brian Fischer and Ben Herbert share most of the catching duties, while "Hot Dog" Charlie Bergman and Will Covino play the key middle infield positions. Sluggers Ethan Glasgow, Nick Saluzzi, and Bobby Briganti round out the infield, while David Nyland and Hudson Lee are standouts in the outfield.
