Chatham Wrestler Niccolo Colucci Wins the Central Jersey League Tournament

On Feb. 26, Chatham's 116 pounder, Niccolo Colucci  competed in the Central Jersey League Tournament. Niccolo is a 6th grade student at St Patrick grammar school here in Chatham. This was an "A" division tournament. In order to compete in this tournament, Niccolo had to first place in a "B" rated tournament which he did. Having placed third, Niccolo was eligible to wrestle in this season ending tournament.

Niccolo took first place after beating opponents who were seeded third, second and first. This was a fantastic win for Niccolo and our program. As a result of this win, Niccolo will now wrestle in an all-star dual meet on March 8. The Chatham Wrestling Club is open to boys and girls pre-k to 12th grade.
