Everyday is a celebration of something, but compromising the diet is hard work

As we wrap up our celebrations for National Nurse’s Day, and look forward to Talk Like a Pirate Day, the annual Eat What You Want Day on Wednesday can offer a welcome reprieve for dieting and health conscience folks everywhere.
The internet makes it really easy for various entities to create and promote special holidays throughout the year. While my favorite Hallmark day is still Mother’s Day, I can see where people may embrace Eat What You Want Day.
