Chatham Baseball Stops Madison

Ballard strikes out seven in the 4-1 win over rival Dodgers.

The Chatham High School baseball team picked up win No. 12 as they stopped rival Madison High, 4-1 on Monday in Chatham.

IN SHORT
Chatham senior pitcher Brian Ballard threw a complete game holding Madison to just one run on seven hits while striking out seven. Ballard, John Byrnes and James Damato each chipped in with two hits as the Cougars won their twelfth game of 2011.
