Citizens Group In Chatham Opposes Crude Oil Pipeline

A citizens group called “Chatham Citizens Unite Against Crude Oil Pipeline Through Town,” or “Chatham Citizens” for short, say they oppose the plan to build a crude oil pipeline through the middle of Chatham Township.

Some of their concerns come from the short distance, just a few hundred feet, the pipes would be from homes, playgrounds, athletic fields, and drinking water sources, according to nj.com.
