Consider Volunteering for the Chatham Emergency Squad!

The Chatham Emergency Squad is seeking a few new members.

The Chatham Emergency Squad, an all volunteer organizations is looking for a few new members. We always welcome inquiries from potential volunteers to fill openings on our team. We are most eager for volunteers who can serve on daytime shifts on weekdays or nighttime shifts on weekends. We discourage applicants who can serve only during school vacations. If you are at least 18 years old and not enrolled in high school, you can volunteer to be a full-fledged member.

All new members are enrolled in an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) course taught by professionals in emergency medicine. Tuition is fully paid by the Squad. On successful completion of the course, a member is certified as an EMT by the State of New Jersey.
It is easy to satisfy Squad duty requirements while also satisfying family and work obligations. A spirit of teamwork within the Squad, coupled with a sophisticated Squad email system for member communications, makes it easy to find members to cover your shifts when you have conflicting commitments.
