Juniper Village at Chatham Welcomes New Connections Director

Juniper Village at Chatham, a premier senior living community, is excited to welcome our new Connections Director, Ryan Fean, who brings a dynamic background in recreation and a deep passion for enriching the lives of older adults. With experience spanning family resorts and senior living communities across the East Coast, he has a proven track record of creating meaningful, person-centered programming that fosters connection, joy, and purpose.

As Connections Director, Fean is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing programs that engage residents, promote well-being, and foster a sense of community. Fean oversees the community’s partnership with Drew University that provides psychology students with exposure to older adult populations and intergenerational opportunities. He also leans into music and sports and is excited to bring opportunities in both to the residents to enjoy, from games like Name that Tune to backyard games such as bean toss, bocce ball and more. According to Fean, a little bit of competition draws people into getting involved and having a bit of fun.
