The Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township welcomes all children ages 3-12 to attend Vacation Bible School (VBS) this summer. This year’s camp, Roar: Life is Wild, God is Good, will be held from June 24 through June 28 at the church. Registration is now open and is expected to fill up fast.

The five-day, morning summer program invites children to discover God’s love in the world through qualified, caring teachers leading this dynamic and fun week! Days run from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and theme is: “God is good ... all the time!” Each day, the VBS kids will experience age-appropriate, fast-paced activities, crafts, and games to gain an understanding of God’s love and care. Children will make new friends and build social skills as they participate in fun, meaningful activities.

A special event this year is a visit from The Lizard Guys, a fun educational program that includes lizards, snakes, turtles, frogs, and various bugs! There will be two interactive presentations that allow the children to learn about a typical day in the lives of our animals, their habits, and their habitats. Through this, the VBS children will gain insight into the importance of caring for and protecting wildlife. The week will end with the favorite Family Picnic and a "cool" visitor after lunch.
