Letter: GOP Candidate Would Bring Financial Leadership to Chatham Council
Resident says Patrick Carroll deserves vote on June 2.

Dear Editor,
We in Chatham Borough are so lucky to have Patrick Carroll as a candidate for the Borough Council. He is determined and visionary in his support of budgeting controls that can ensure Chatham as a fiscally sound and affordable community for years to come. With his MBA from Indiana University, a BS in Finance from Babson College, and 20 years of business management experience, Patrick will bring to the Council a proper sense of ombudsmanship….that is, watching out for how our tax dollars are spent!
As Chairman of the Chatham Shade Tree Commission, Patrick not only lives its mission “to maintain a healthy population of shade trees to line our attractive streets”, but in 2014 he personally supervised the selection and planting of 59 trees.
As an innovative leader, Patrick has the credentials and expertise to do the ever demanding job as a Borough Councilman. He has 24 years of working collaboratively with cross functional teams and multinational constituents. He has managed millions of dollars of corporate resources, leading the companies that have employed him to desired results time and again, producing an enviable record of accomplishment.
If we want to capture “his magic” for our communal benefit, we need to elect Patrick Carroll as the Republican Candidate for Chatham Borough Council on JUNE 2nd.
Sincerely,
Fran Drew
