New Website Launched to Help Local Teens Find Jobs

Chatham Mom Starts Website To Help Teens and Employers Connect

Chatham, NJ., February 8, 2017: TeenJobsNJ.com is a website that connects local teens with jobs in the community. Babysitting, pet sitting, tutoring, snow shoveling, odd jobs, retail, volunteer or anything you need help with. Teens register for free and receive email alerts when new jobs are posted. For employers, posting a job is easy and only $5 per post. Teens can also post an ad showcasing their special skill or service in the "Hire A Teen" section.

The site was created by Chatham mom, Carole Bhalla who came up with the idea after trying to find a summer job for her 14 year old son. After finding no legitimate resources, she decided to create the site to help local teens and parents experiencing the same frustrations.

After three weeks of being live Bhalla said, “The response from teens and parents has been overwhelmingly positive. We have over 120 teens registered from Chatham and it's surrounding towns”
