LIVING WITH LOW VISION – Monday, Nov. 6, 11:30am – 12:30pm. One hour seminar provides tips, strategies and simple inexpensive solutions to assist in managing daily activities. DEMENTIA: WHAT IT IS AND WHAT IT IS NOT – Mon., Nov. 20, 12:15 – 1:15pm. Presentation by Amy Matthews, Dementia Coach with Engaging Alzheimer’s LLC. Program discusses what’s normal as you age, definition and causes of Dementia as well as the importance of accurate assessment. Participants are welcome to ask specific questions throughout. PICKLEBALL – Tuesdays, 10am – 12pm & Thursdays, 12 – 2pm. Two courts available in the Chatham Twp Municipal Bldg gym. Limited paddles available – please bring own equipment if possible. SOCIAL DANCING – Tuesdays, 1 – 2:30pm. Eight-class sessions led by Robert J. Sweeney--dance instructor, competition judge and former dance studio co-owner with 30+ years experience in standard and Latin dance. Wear loose clothing; avoid rubber soled shoes. Partner not needed.
