Hoffman, Resto Win GOP Primary for Chatham Borough Council
Three newcomers sought two seats in June Election.
Three Republican candidates vied for two open seats on the Chatham Borough council, including Peter Hoffman, Leonard Resto, and Patrick Carroll.
Hoffman and Resto came out victorious, garnering 305 and 298 votes, respectively, with Carroll coming in third with 207 votes. None of the three are incumbents, with council members John Holman and Alida Kass not seeking re-election.
Mayor Bruce Harris was also on the ballot, but ran unopposed. He received 366 votes.

Hoffman and Resto will run for the two open seats in November’s General Election on Nov. 4.
